Meet our dedicated leadership team, who work tirelessly to support and guide our clients. Each member brings unique skills and experiences that contribute to the success of each and every project at Halcyon.

John is a managing director at The Halcyon Facilities Group providing FM solutions to clients across healthcare and higher education. John’s other work experience includes Vice President of Operations for Crothall Healthcare and held facility leadership roles at Virginia Commonwealth University, the NIH, and the US Navy. John led FM work forces >300 staff and operating budgets of >$130M. He is a registered Professional Engineer, received his MBA from GWU and his M.S./B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Akron.

Lincoln has served military and private sector clients as both managing director with The Halcyon Facilities Group and as an employee with Crothall Healthcare. His expertise is focused on facility engineering, healthcare mechanical systems, and maintenance program development. Lincoln’s broad experience across multiple organizations and clients brings valuable solutions to critical infrastructure deficiencies in healthcare and critical environments. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from Ferris State University and is a licensed professional engineer.

Erica is a managing director at The Halcyon Facilities Group and has spent her career consulting in facility management guiding >80 higher education and healthcare clients on deferred maintenance strategies, capital planning, facility condition assessments, staffing assessments and space utilizations. More recently, Erica has held the role as Infrastructure Director for Crothall Healthcare supporting capital planning and leading a team of project managers executing $20M of infrastructure projects on an annual basis. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Gettysburg College.
